Kylie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. During her time at CU, clinical experiences in rural Colorado and at Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Utah allowed her to work with pediatric patients with a variety of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, limb lengthening procedures, and unique genetic conditions, just to list a few. Kylie spent many years in undergraduate and graduate school volunteering with various pediatric teams in Wyoming and Colorado – Crossfit Kids, Night Owls, Osteogenesis Imperfecta Multidisciplinary Clinic, and Strider Bike Camp and Dance and Gymnastics class here at Milestone being among the top favorites!
Kylie grew up in Wyoming and this is where she developed a love for pretty mountain views, small town people and lifestyles, and of course, days without wind! She also developed a passion for traveling: her favorite adventure was traveling to Iquitos, Peru as part of a non-profit organization to help teach healthcare lessons (one of which she wrote) to community health workers from rural communities along the Amazon River. When she is not traveling or spending time with friends and family in Wyoming, she can be found reading Harry Potter, watching Disney movies, hiking with her dog Julio, and drinking a lot of coffee.
Kylie knew from a young age that she wanted to work with children as a pediatric physical therapist and is thrilled to be joining the holistic, multidisciplinary team of providers at Milestone that are as dedicated to providing care for unique children and families as she is!
