
Kathleen earned her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts as well as a master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. Kathleen has experience in the schools and private practice settings providing services to patients with a wide range of communication needs. She has a University Certificate in Modified Barium Swallowing Impairment (MBSImP). Prior to entering her current career as an SLP, Kathleen was a Social Worker helping children and their families from diverse backgrounds with a variety of psycho-social issues. During her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children camping and hiking at the beach and in the mountains.
