Our trained Certified Lactation Counselor + Pediatric Occupational Therapist is here to support you on your breastfeeding journey! Learn the basics of breastfeeding, connect with other new moms, and address difficulties, questions or concerns that may arise while feeding your baby.
Difficulties may include, but are not limited to:
- difficulty or pain with latch
- slow feeds
- choking or coughing with feeds
- difficulty accepting a bottle
- weaning
Our CLC is also trained to support mothers of babies with diagnoses or abnormalities that may impact feeding, including Down Syndrome, cleft palate, genetic disorders, or congenital heart disease. These support sessions are inclusive to parents who are breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or any combination of those feeding styles.

Prenatal Lactation Educational Classes
Join us for an educational class that will cover what to expect when beginning to breast feed, the basics of how to get the best start with breastfeeding, what supports are available to you as a new mom and much more. Connect with other expecting moms and begin to build your support community. Go into birth feeling prepared, confident and supported.
$25.00 / 90 minutes
New Mother Groups
Join our local mother to mother support groups. In these groups you will be able to support and receive support from other new mothers. Our CLC will be present in the groups to facilitate connection and answer any feeding questions that may arise. These groups are inclusive to all ways of feeding your baby, including breast or bottle feeding.
$25.00 / 90 minutes
Individualized Infant Feeding Assessment and Intervention
Receive support from our trained CLC and Occupational therapist to address difficulties, questions or concerns that may arise while feeding your baby. Difficulties may include, but are not limited to, difficulty or pain with latch, slow feeds, choking or coughing with feeds, difficulty accepting a bottle, and weaning. Our CLC is also trained to support mothers of babies with diagnoses or abnormalities that may impact feeding, including Down Syndrome, cleft palate, genetic disorders, or congenital heart disease. These support sessions are inclusive to parents who are breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or any combination of those feeding styles. In person and virtual options available
$100 for initial visit, $80 for follow up visits / 60 minutes
*can explore insurance coverage if a doctor has recommended feeding therapy for your unique situation.
Bottle Selection Consultation
Meet with our CLC to discuss concerns regarding flow rate or bottle type. These sessions will include an interview and a feeding observation, which may be provided via video. Following this consultation, OT will provide you with suggestions on next steps in your bottle feeding process. Recommendations may be provided in the session, or within 48 hours of the consultation, depending on the complexity. In person and virtual options available.
$70 for initial consultation, $50 for additional follow up sessions / 45 minutes
