Mariella received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute in the Philippines. She went on to pursue a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She has had fieldwork experience in pediatric, physical dysfunction, and mental health settings. Prior to working in Temecula Valley Therapy Services, she has had experience working in the OT field in a neuro rehabilitation clinic and continues to work in a skilled nursing facility. She is grateful to be able to work with children and their families as well, whose shared moments of joy as they progress towards their goals continually inspire Mariella to help them through the journey to get there. In her free time, Mariella enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with loved ones, exploring nature, and browsing Pinterest for new crafts to make.
